We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing business operations, administrative responsibilities, and personal coordination. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling confidential matters and multiple tasks efficiently.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
• Handle emails, calls, and official communication on behalf of the Director
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
• Track important tasks, projects, and follow-ups
• Assist with travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and event coordination
• Support the Director with personal scheduling and confidential tasks
🔹 Required Skills:
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Professional attitude with high confidentiality
